REF (Ref Environmental) and ESRAG (Environmental Sustainability Rotary Action Group) aim to raise the awareness of environmental and sustainability issues within the local communities in the Moreton Bay region. We aim to “showcase” a relevant topic in a monthly presentation focusing on the ecology, flora and fauna of the Moreton Bay Region.
The first event is “Talking about Koala Conservation” with Dr Katrin Hohwieler from the University of the Sunshine Coast. I have attached a flyer with the details for the evening (19 September 2024) at the Deception Bay Environmental Hub.
