Hinterland Bushlinks are hosting a koala habitat planting day.
All ages are welcome to join us and make a tangible difference for our furry friends. Join Hinterland Bush Links on Sunday the 8th of September at Bill and Janine's place in Montville to plant 300 koala food and habitat trees.
Together, we can make a difference and create a healthier environment for koalas. Register today for this Koala Habitat Community Tree Planting Day. Come along to plant trees and learn more about koalas. Following the tree planting, we will have special guests Linda and David from Queensland Koala Crusaders share about their projects to support koalas and how you can get involved.
No experience is required, our friendly team will provide all the guidance and necessary tools. Just bring your enthusiasm, sturdy shoes, sun safe clothing, and a pair of gloves if you have them! This event will require minimal walking to the planting area and work on uneven terrain.
Please note that we cannot accommodate pets at this event. Please do not attend if you are experiencing cold and/or flu symptoms. Attendees will be provided with the address and meeting details via email upon registration and prior to the event.
Registrations are essential and location details will be sent upon RSVP.
