Join Koala Crusaders as we take another exciting step in building the Great Koala Highway.

Thanks to the generosity of Rex and Meghan, who have opened their beautiful 30-acre property in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, we’ll be planting a new koala corridor to help connect habitat and provide safer passage for koalas across the landscape.

We’re also delighted to be joined by Aleisha Keating from We Grow Community, a new not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping private landowners revegetate their properties. By supporting landholders to restore native habitat, We Grow Community is helping create healthier landscapes for wildlife and stronger, more connected communities. We’re thrilled to be collaborating on this important project.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lend a hand with planting native trees and helping establish this important restoration project. Whether you’re an experienced planter or simply keen to make a difference for koalas, we’d love to have you join us.

This promises to be a rewarding day of conservation, community and giving koalas a brighter future.

• Hat and sunscreen
• Water bottle
• Gloves (if you have them)
• A willingness to get your hands dirty!
