To create bamboo delicacies that are not only delicious and a joy to cook with, but also represent heart & hope for a brighter, more sustainable future in agriculture, environment and health.
Bamboo is well-known for its eco-enhancing properties, yet most people aren’t aware that it’s also a highly nourishing and nutritious food source as well.
Big Heart Bamboo is now a proud supporter of the Queensland Koala Crusaders! For the months of July-September Big Heart Bamboo will be donating 50c from every jar sold online & at markets!
Their gourmet bamboo shoots are lovingly grown & hand-harvested in the hills of the Noosa Hinterland.
