June and July proved to be busy months for QKC Inc with music and fundraising events on the Sunshine Coast! Our amazing Concert at Noosa Arts Theatre brought Sam Shepherd and guests to the stage raising funds to support our friend "Maya" the Koala poo sniffing dog!

Sam's soulful music and amazing guitar riffs surprised and delighted us all and the fantastic sounds of "Gambler" were a last minute treat! Also joining us were Josh Halverson and Malia Sterling with their acoustic sounds and melodies.Food was provided by Sunspace Cafe in Doonan.

Thank you all for your amazing support and for helping us create an amazing event to support koalas. When we have fun and also educate, what a great way to spread the word that our koalas need us more than ever!  

$1000 helped to buy a GPS collar and specialised equipment to help Maya do her job!
